*Before entering an amount below,
please check that the amount matches
the total at the bottom of your invoice. If
you make a payment for less than the
total you were billed, you will receive
a new invoice to pay the remaining amount.
In the event that you overpay for services,
this amount will automatically be applied
to your next scheduled appointment(s). If you
do not have another appointment scheduled,
or have terminated services, the overage
will be disbursed to you by check as soon
as possible.
*Antes de ingresar un monto abajo,
por favor verifique que el monto coincida con el total que aparece al final de su factura. Si realiza un pago por un monto menor al total facturado, recibirá una nueva factura por el saldo pendiente.
En caso de que pague un monto superior al costo de los servicios, ese crédito se aplicará automáticamente a su(s) próxima(s) cita(s) programada(s). Si no tiene otra cita programada o ha finalizado los servicios, el monto pagado en exceso se le reembolsará mediante un cheque tan pronto como sea posible.
